WedstrijdMaatje is provided by Rory Meijer (the Netherlands). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA).

The additional terms below apply in addition to the Apple EULA. In case of conflict, the Apple EULA prevails with respect to the app itself.

• You use WedstrijdMaatje for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for what you share (messages, photos, cards) and ensure you have the rights to do so.
• You do not post unlawful, offensive or infringing content and do not misuse the service.
• You only share club cards if you are entitled to; comply with the terms of your club or ticket provider.

Signing in is done via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the use of your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Privacy & GDPR).

Matches, standings and club data come from external sources and are updated periodically. We do our best to show them correctly and up to date, but cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Schedule and time changes are beyond our control.

The app is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We make an effort to keep it working well, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the app, including missed matches, appointments or transport. Arrangements between friends about attendance, tickets and transport are between them; we are not a party to those.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, to the extent that mandatory consumer law does not object.
